Production compose and nginx fixes from the 2026-06-28 maintenance window:

  • agent-proxy.yml: fix token validation URL (mgmt not devices), fix INCIDENT/DEVICES/FLEET service URLs for blue/green container names
  • frontends.yml: add VITE_API_URL=https://api.bcos.cloud to profile-frontend (was falling back to localhost)
  • api.conf: add /devices/api/, /fleet/api/, /transactions/api/ location blocks to prevent nginx double-prefix routing
  • dev/00-backends.conf: sync incident active color to blue
