Moves two Guide-gaps found during a memory audit into the Guide (source of truth):

  • platform.kafka → new Recovery tab: single-node KRaft DUPLICATE_BROKER_REGISTRATION crash-loop + the stop / 45s / start fix + verify steps (devops#36).
  • platform.branding → new module: naming rules (HiveIQ vs HiveOps, BCOS all-caps, Adoons/no-AI) + the BCOS palette (source: hiveops-website app.css).

coverage-reconcile.py green (128 modules). Both audience: dev (internal — never ships to the prod guide).
