Moves the design-system rules from the 1181-line hiveops-template CLAUDE.md into the Guide: colors, CRITICAL 14px base font, typography scale, the 4 CSS-isolation rules, enum toLowerCase, header-text-only. Verbatim CSS stays in TablePage/TemplatePage.svelte. coverage-reconcile green.

Captures the design-system rules from hiveops-template/CLAUDE.md that the
Overview lacked: colors + sidebar gradient, CRITICAL 14px base font, typography
scale, the 4 CSS-isolation rules (scoped styles, prefix global classes,
dark-mode tbody bg, td font-size), enum toLowerCase, header-text-only.
